Position: Lawyer

Job description:

- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents relating to lending
- Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
- Draft and administer all contracts
- Negotiate deals and attend company meetings

Requirements:

- Higher education in law from reputable law school;
- 2 years of experience in legal department of reputable organization. Financial sector preferred -
- Computer skill (MS Office, outlook)
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Sufficient knowledge about legislation regarding leasing, loans, debt recovery, repossession of asset/collateral
- It is necessary to ensure a high level of Azerbaijani and English languages
- Age requirement 23-40
