Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Sumgayit (Transport provided)

Responsibilities:

•             Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages

•             Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.

•             Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.

•             Compute amounts, such as space available, shipping, storage using computer.

•             Interacting With Computers - Using computers and computer systems to program, set up functions, enter data, or process information

•             Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material - Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.

•             Documenting/Recording Information - Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.

•             Training and Teaching Others - Identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational and teaching or instructing others.

•             Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others - Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.

•             Thinking Creatively - Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.

•             Scheduling Work and Activities - Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.

•             Keeping and updating DRR (Daily Receipt Register). That includes  PO / Delivery Note/Work Order numbers, dates, quantity etc.

•             Materials allocation. Includes empty stock places monitoring and reporting, dimensions checking and comparison with available stock space.

•             Physical stock check & inspection

•             Solving out problems with shortages; overages and damages of delivered materials.

•             Working with Maximo (ERP system)    

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience

 • Bachelor Degree

 • Experience as warehouseman in oil and gas field /oil and gas construction IS A MUST 

  • Exoirience wiith Maximo system is a must

 • Fluent English and Azerbaijani Language
