We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The primary requirements are as follows:

• Young and energetic individual
• At least 3 years experience in the related field
• Good knowledge of the auto car repair industry
• Good knowledge of the online marketing techniques and tools (online social media, email newsletters, websites, etc.)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Highly presentable and ability to establish good connection with the clients
• Knowledge of the CRM systems
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work with design software is a plus

Job Description

This position is very multi-dimensional and entails undertaking activities of various nature:

Sales Activities

• Identifying potential new clients, establishing contact with them
• Presenting our services to potential clients
• Maintaining relationship with the existing clients, keeping them up-to-date with our new services
• Preparing and signing contracts with the new clients, updating existing contracts as required
• Answering the inquiries of the clients over phone and email
• Participating in local fairs, representing our company

Digital Marketing Activities

Online Social Media

• Creating pages on popular online social media sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Maintenance of the online social media pages, updating the pages on a regular basis with the latest offers, or simply to maintain the awareness. At least one post per day or two should be done.
• Communicating with the clients via online social media sites, responding to their inquiries on a timely manner.

Internet and website

• Registering the company on online catalogues and information portals
• Analysing and improving the website content
• Updating the website content with the latest promotion and campaign information on a routine basis
• Responding to client emails at an earliest opportunity, no later than one working day.

Marketing materials

• Organizing photo shooting, creating digital marketing materials
• Organizing video shooting and video materials for the website, online social media pages and presentations.

Customer Relationship Management

• Creating and maintaining digital database with the client information (CRM systems)
• Contacting the clients with the new campaign and promotion information via SMS, WhatsApp, email and phone calls
• Creating email newsletters and send them around on a routine basis.

Print Materials

• Creating print materials (leaflets, brochures, service catalogue, etc. for various campaigns or simply for awareness campaigns)
• Organizing distribution of the print materials to the target clients.
• Organizing large banner promotion materials

Surveys

• Compiling surveys to find out client feedback, distributing to the clients, collecting responses
• Analyzing the results of the surveys, making the necessary changes to the marketing activities as required

Market analysis

• Being in touch with the market on a continuous basis, collecting crucial data on the market trends and the activities of the competitors
• Analyzing and identifying potential gaps and development opportunities.

Product/Service development

• Using the results of the surveys and market analysis, identifying the demand for products/services.
• Designing the new products and services, organizing their advertisement campaign via online and conventional marketing means

Campaigns

• Designing various marketing and promotion campaigns to increase sales
• Preparation of all the materials required for the campaigns
• Implementation of the campaign
• Analysis of the effects of the campaigns on the sales revenues

Monthly reports

• Compiling brief activities report on a monthly basis. The report should include (but not limited to) the following:
o Conducted routine sales & marketing activities
o Compliance analysis with the pre-set monthly budget
o Conducted campaigns, advertisement and promotion, analysis of their effects on the sales figures
o Market situation analysis – competitors’ activities, market trends, identified gaps, etc.
o Summary of the results of the conducted surveys
o Activities plan for the upcoming month
o Budget compilation for the upcoming month

Salary range is 600-800 AZN per month.
