Primary Purpose of the Role:
In the role of Export Sales Manager, you will promote and capture profitable new Sales opportunities for CIS countries.
Job Description:
• Achieve Sales objectives relating to growth, revenue and margin
• Recent export sales experience selling premium branded consumer products.
• Selling direct to premium retailers and department stores.
• Managing distributor networks.
• Build strong relationship with customers on abroad.
• Proven track record in developing sales growth.
• Developing and growing the existing network of suppliers.
• Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.
• Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
• Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
• Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
• To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
• Manage communication and coordination of all customs clearance and transportation arrangements including routing, delivery, booking, and other transportation logistics
• Negotiating prices with suppliers.
• Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• High Education – (An educational background in marketing, sales, business administration and management would prove to be beneficial)
• High level of Azeri, English, Russian
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Export Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic and positive approach.
• Results driven.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office / Power Point
• Age: 28-45
