Insulation Painting Inspector

The painting/insulation inspector is required to maintain proper control over painting and insualtion works at shop and field works. Proper inspection acctivities means that quality control works in line with ITP requirment of project.

•  Supervises, manages and supports subcontractor to proceed with construction effectively in accordance with project specification under safe condition.
• Supervises and ensures safe condition at construction site in cooperation with safety department.
• Supervises and ensure construction quality in accordance with project specification and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
• Ensures necessary construction drawings and materials in advance of construction implementation.
• Manages construction progress by checking daily, weekly and monthly work done quantities.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly construction report.
• Prepares construction M/S(Method Statement) based on specification and requirements.
• Records B/P(Best Practice) and L/L(Lessons Learned).
• Coordinates with other disciplines or departments to resolve interface issues.
• Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of painting expenditures and procedures for construction.
•  Estimates material and labor.
•  Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.
•  Schedules, assigns, and plans the work of paint shop personnel performing a variety of painting jobs

Need skills in reading drawings, large knowledge of steel structures and piping painting works; minimum of 2 to 5 years experience; good written and oral in English
