Mercury Consulting is looking for national experts in an international project on behalf of its international partner organization. The expected start of the project is mid-2016.

Civil Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in civil engineering ;
• Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in projects in power sector;
• Previous experience in international financed projects in the region is desirable;
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

 Assist the international civil engineer to develop a detailed work plan and Implementation schedule;
 Assist to supervise and monitor the civil works of the Project;
 Ensure adherence to project safety plan and quality assurance plan.
