Key Responsibilities

• Implements overall management of the Accounting, Treasury, Non-Cash Payments and Finance units within the Finance Department and monitors their activities; 
• Supervises the management of financial assets, annual budget planning and its execution, accounting and management reporting, efficient use of financial resources; 
• Develops and improves the financial management and finance control systems; 
• Develops the annual financial plan in line with the Group’s growth strategy, monitors its implementation on the basis of reconciliation of actual plan indicators;
• Supervises the Group’s cash flows, foreign exchange operations, receipt of funds from debtors and implementation of the Company’s obligations before creditors; 
• Ensures the Group's cash reserves in order to fulfill current obligations and carries out the distribution of resources;
• Identifies the structure of the Group’s balance sheet and organizes its implementation;
• Ensures the compliance with national legislation, corporate policy, regulations and laws;
• Monitors the tax planning and optimization process in accordance with tax legislation; 
• Monitors the preparation of monthly reports and financial statements required by the legislation on the basis of IFRS;
• Analyzes the Group’s economic activity, conducts the strategic and current analysis of the profitability of operations and performance efficiency and manages them in order to minimize costs;
• Monitors the implementation of the financial procedures;
• Identifies job descriptions of the Financial Department staff, evaluates and improves their performance. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance;
• At least 3 years of work experience as financial head;
• Good knowledge of IFRS;
• Good knowledge of local accounting law;
• Management and leadership skills;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; 
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and flexible working regime;
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances;
• Excellent computer skills.
