The Company 

WorleyParsons plc is an Australian Stock Exchange listed group providing engineering design and project services to the energy, resource, and complex process industries.

Reporting to the Location Director for Azerbaijan, the Human Resources Manager for Azerbaijan (AZ) guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources (HR) services, policies, and programs for Azerbaijan.

You will work closely with the Azerbaijan leadership group in delivery of HR services and solutions.  Critical to your success in this role will be your ability to develop relationships with a broad range of senior leaders.

You will provide services, support and coaching to the Azerbaijan team working in collaboration with HR teams across the globe – primarily in the UK. 

Your responsibilities will include the delivery of services across a range of HR activities including:

• Recruitment and staffing;
• Performance management and improvement ;
• Organisation development;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant local employment legislation
• Employee  development, needs assessment, and training;
• Employee relations;
• Diversity Management
• Remuneration and benefits administration;
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
• Employee services and counselling.

You will ideally have 6-8 years HR experience with exposure to cross geography HR issues and be degree qualified.  Most importantly, you need to be pragmatic and business oriented.
