Project Manager
Key accountabilities.
• compliance with all applicable HSE, Ethic, Quality and other (officially accepted and implemented) requirements during his/her work or on behalf of the company.
• managing of all day to day E&P operations and acting as the Key account manager
• manage contractual and local KPi’s to ensure on-going performance improvement in line with contractual commitments.
• manage commercial relationship with partners in conjunction with local management. Perform quality assurance/quality control to ensure companyfully delivers (and strives to exceed) requirements per our contract.
• identify opportunities to expand our involvement with contractros, and follow through with General Manager and GBL as required to convert to sales
• support other International operations business opportunities in the region wherever applicable.
• recommend and budget for equipment purchases in line with local requirements and business strategy
• assist General Manager with completion of tenders
• management, training and development of staff involved in E&P operations
• performance reporting on regular bases (e.g. weekly, monthly, annually)
He/she has authorities to:
• stop unsafe and non-conforming operations
• suspend lab chemist from duty in case of his/her incompliance with company’s HSE/QA/Ethic policies and rules
• initiate lab staff meetings
• access E&P commercial data, operational documentations and technical terms & requirements,
• review and evaluate performance of subordinates
• sign documents:
Essential Education
Higher education in technical fiels (Chemistry, Microbiology, Physics, etc.) or equivalent
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a petrochemical industry on key managing positions
