Baku City Circuit Operations Company hosting the Grand Prix of Europe sporting event is urgently looking for
BTL & Promotion Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Execute on key activities including event and tradeshow execution, customer communication, promotions and other marketing plans
• Coordinate the development and production of internal and external promotional materials, including exhibition stands as needed
• Manage collateral library, including development and maintenance of brochures, and more
• Work with other departments to create identity and promote the event
• Review and short list vendors for production of promotional materials
• Evaluate marketing efforts for effectiveness
• Use social media team to integrate promotional on the ground promotional campaigns
• Research marketing and promotional strategies and make recommendations for changes in methods and materials, including recommendations
• Hire, schedule, train, and supervise staff as assigned
• Perform other related duties as assigned

The successful candidates should have:
 
• University degree
• Two years of marketing and BTL experience (essential)
• Strong project management skills
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Supervisory experience (desirable)
• Computer skills as required by department
