3D Architect

Responsibilities:

•Resolve technical and design issues
•Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination
•Provide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction
•Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples
•Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
•Create and maintain the project manual and specifications with in-house specifications team
•Process submittals/substitution requests during construction an address RFI’s
•Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases
•Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs

Qualifications:

•3 - 7 Year’s Experience
•Related architecture and design experience with a strong background in 3D modeling
•Bachelor's degree in related field,
•Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple projects in various stages of development
•Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Outstanding graphic presentation skills
•Revit skills are highly valued
•Knowledge r, 3-D Studio Max is the must
•Collaborative and team conscious
