Senior HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Participation in development, maintaining and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
• Providing support and monitoring of Legal Compliance; disciplinary actions; absence recording and other related activity.
• Responsible for the effective administration of personnel records and files in line with the corporate office policy;
• Organize and administer training programs;
• Provide HR support to employees and supervisors including policy applications and questions;
• Monitor and administer Performance Management Process as directed by HR Manager;
• Assist HR Manager with various HR related issues and projects.
• Ensure that all HR administrative functions are handled in an accurate and timely manner;
• Preparation of HR related reports and presentations;
• Perform other HR related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business, Management or Psychology;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in related field;
• Fluent Azeri, Russian and English is a must;
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office;
• Experience in ERP Software ( such as Logo/Oracle/SAP or similar);
• Previous experience in developing HR policies and procedures;
• Additional experience with compensation benefits and training and development is an advantage;
• Excellent knowledge of Labor Legislation is a must;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Maintaining confidentiality and sensitive information;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
• Strong attention to details and sense of urgency.
