Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of Project Manager

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Scheduling and follow up of project phases and milestones
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project and takes preventive or corrective actions accordingly
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Ensures project completed on time scope
• Interface with customer and subcontractors for project requirements
• Controls all on-site operations including subcontractors

Required skills, qualifications and competences:

• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Azeri, English and Russian
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook)
• IPMA or PMP certificates will be a good advantage
• IT related certificates will be a plus

Required education and work experience:

• Bachelor degree in IT/economics/engineering/business administration fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT, Software Development projects
