Sales and Marketing Manager

General

“Finnova” is an innovative mobile financial services and commerce company with a cutting edge technology solution with international ambitions. Sales and Marketing manager will manage inter-connected sales and marketing functions. We are seeking an exceptional candidate who will bring a competitive edge to the company by making customer experience simple, intuitive and seamless.

We are looking for a confident and effective manager who will achieve the high expectations in a collaborative setting but in a very competitive market.

Areas of responsibility:

Marketing strategy and planning
Merchant acquisition & management
Customer acquisition and retention
Digital channels management

Job duties:

(1) Work with merchants to add them to the Company’s digital platform based on competitive product offerings and as per approved commission tables;
(2) Continually keep updated about industry pricing to ensure competitive and profitable offering to the Company;
(3) Continually work with merchants to raise and maintain end-user awareness of the product offerings; carry out promotional campaigns and offer incentives to increase turnovers;
(4) Work with all types of marketing channels in the most cost-effective manner to increase customer base;
(5) Work aggressively through social media and other digital channels to increase customer conversion and loyalty;
(6) Create a strong awareness and maintain powerful brand presence;
(7) Analyze customer data using CRM and come up with targeted marketing ideas;
(8) Work with sister companies in other countries for knowledge-sharing and know-how transfer

Requirements

Education:
Recent exposure to digital marketing, social media and e-commerce will be an added value.

Work experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead role in marketing function. Financial services sector experience is valued.

Languages:
The candidate should be fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian. English is a strong preference.
