Main responsibilities:
- Process inquiries, quotations and orders to network companies and external customers.
- Monitor timely parts deliveries.
- Clarify the material numbers and parts code related issues.
- Responding to parts queries from network companies, external customers and sales support teams.
- Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests with relevant colleagues in order to find satisfactory solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Desired Skills:
- Communication skills
- Cultural knowledge
- Teamwork skills
- Excellent level of English and Russian
- SAP Knowledge is preferable
Education: University degree
Experience: Preferably minimum 3 years of working experience
