Baker Hughes Services Incorporated is seeking to recruit QUALITY SUPERVISOR to support our operations in Azerbaijan:

Role description:

• Conducts quality planning and setting of quality objectives.
• Monitors monthly progress of Quality key performance metrics and Project Management
• Ensures competent technical workforce to conduct business
• Under broad direction implements strategies to drive quality and reliability initiatives throughout Operations
• Handles special projects, as assigned
• Leads the workforce in continuous improvement activities, both systems and processes, and benchmarks appropriate standards of conduct throughout the Operations
• Responsible for establishing and ensuring that preventative actions are implemented and corrective actions are taken within area of responsibility.
• May be responsible for ISO Certification and training compliance, working closely with management.
• Responsible for development of employees

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Quality operations (preferably in Oil and Gas)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in Quality
