Job Responsibility
• Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts
• Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
• Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product and services.
• Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
• Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product and services
as per their needs.
• Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
• Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
• Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2 – 5 years of corporate sales experience.
• Good knowledge about local construction and building materials market.
• To have an existing customer base.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions.
• To be result oriented.
• Good level at Azeri, Russian and English.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
