UI/UX Designer

Position summary:

The UI/UX Designer will lead design efforts that deliver superior customer experiences across all digital properties; their work will champion consistent interfaces and experiences for multiple projects across desktop and mobile platforms. Innovation and attention to detail are crucial in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and modify UI designs for mobile and web digital properties
• Collaborate with development team across the organization to create seamless user experiences
• Create high-fidelity wireframes and design artifacts using latest wireframe tools/services, such as Just in Mind and Pidoco
• Diagram site architectures and user interfaces using site maps and wireframes
• Employ standards, style guides, and language in Design process
• Work from given business requirements and creative concepts to create UX documentation
• Present and pitch designs to all levels of management
• Create Company presentations in PowerPoint, using given and creating new Presentation Templates

REQUIREMENTS

• Deep knowledge of UX/UI Design
• Expert level experience in Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator
• Advanced level experience in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Adobe Muse knowledge would be an advantage for Candidate.
• Fluent in Azerbaijan and Russian
• Creative thinking, paired with strong analytical ability
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
