Job title: HR Specialist

Department: HR

Job duties:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations;
• Prepare internal paperwork related to hiring/promoting/terminating employees; administering personal files, labor books; disciplinary actions; vacation planning, absence recording and other related internal paperwork ensuring observation of local labour requirements;
• Registration of contracts and amendments in the state system;
• Organize interviews;
• Provide logistics support (visa, hotel, travel);
• Provide clerical functions (e.g. copying/scanning documents, telephoning, taking messages, responding to written and verbal inquires, scheduling,  etc.);
• Perform administrative duties and recordkeeping.

Requirements:

Education: Higher education.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of Labor Code of AR.
Work experience: At least 1 year of work experience in the role of HR Specialist.
Languages: Candidate should have excellent Azeri, Russian and English language skills. 
Other: Strong written and verbal communications skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook.
