«BB TV Kommunikeyşn» company was established in 1996 and began to render wireless-cable broadcasting of radio and television channels with analogue method for the first time in Azerbaijan.Since April 2007 «BB TV Kommunikeyşn» company has been presenting to the people digital wireless-cable broadcasting for the first time in South Caucasus in Azerbaijan.

«BB TV Kommunikeyşn» company, which is the first in its field at all times and rendering of high quality service to its subscribers with applying recent technologies, is already for the third time as the first launched HDTV (High-Definition Television) service on 14 May 2010 year in Azerbaijan Republic in the area of wireless-cable broadcasting.

Today BBTV is looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of 

Engineer Operator

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Maintenance and installation of all new technologies and signal sources: satellite, broadcast TV antenna systems.
• Responsible for signal receiving/acquisition and encoding in MPEG 2/4.
• Responsible for troubleshooting basic cable system issues.

• Advanced  knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Basic Knowledge of Conditional Access System, Air Signal Processing, QAM Modulators & Multiplexers
• Basic Knowledge of switching & routing, transcoders and encoders.

Required education and work experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer management information systems or equivalent preferred, or a minimum of 6 months’ work related experience.
• Requires background in and knowledge of network protocols and LAN/WAN principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
