Position: Up-stream Oil and Gas Services - Sales Engineer

General Requirements:

• High Technical Education (BS, MS Degree)
• 8-10 years of experience in Oilfield Services 
• Excellent understanding of local  (Upstream) Market and main players
• Experience in Project Development and Team Management
• Excellent networking and selling skills
• Experience in Negotiations, Bids, Technical Proposals, A-Z Selling process of Upstream Services
• Understanding and experience in the finance and cost control questions.
• Knowledge and experience in reporting and reporting development.
• Knowledge of National and International Standards (GOST, Snip, ASME, API etc.)
• Experience and People Management skills
• Flexibility and Mobility to travel
• Good Level of Business English to communicate and conduct meetings with Foreign Clients
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office + MS Project or other project/CRM programs will be an advantage

• Development of all necessary project proposals and documents
• Team Development and Management
