“Azertexnolayn” LLC founded in February 2012, was the first resident in Sumgayit Chemical İndustrial Park ( SCİP) which contributed a lot in main industrial developments of the country. The company established in 2013 shows its professional efforts in the development of the country’s industrial infrastructure and its promotion and modernizing.
Today “Azertexnolayn” LLC has a great importance for the country manufacturing with the potentiality to export and prooduces given bellow materials:
Spiral Welded Steel Pipe with the diametr Ø 400 - 2400 mm for the purpose of: Water Pipelines, Natural Gas Pipelines, Crude Oil Pipelines, Pile Pipelines and Steel Structures.
HDPE Steel Reinforced Spiral Wound Corrugated Pipes in a range of Ø 400 - 2400 mm diametr.
Rustproof Welded Panels with the max. Size 2,5x2,5 mt
Plastic fittings and different types injection products.
Gate valves for gas, gate valves for water, butterfly valves, fire hidrants
Certificates obtained by the Company for the products produced accordance with the international standards, quality level, hygienic and safety indicator; ISO 9001, ISO 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 29001, API, GOST, AZS.
Role Responsibility:
The QMS Manager is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
• Report to top management on the performance of the IMS & any need for improvement.
• Ensures clear, short, & relevant policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, & objectives are provided & maintained.
• Support and guide managers & directors in the correct implementation of the IMS.
• Set up and maintain documentation control procedures.
• Updates controlled documentation, and maintains revision history.
• Prepare clear explanatory documents such as IMS Policy, Manuals, plans, SOPs, work flow charts, method statements, plants instructions etc.
• Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
• Schedules API, ISO/TS, OHSAS certification audit; interface with external registrar company and auditor.
• Plan, schedule & conducts yearly controlled Internal Audit against API, ISO/TS, OHSAS standard.
• Ensure that internal audit findings and recommendations are rectified and implemented.
• Supervise and direct QMS section staff reporting to this position and ensure the timely and accurate completion of QMS tasks.
• To lead to the goals and objectives analysis constantly.
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data from factories and producing statistical reports.
• Apprise management of Internal audits findings and corrective actions taken. Collect and prepare data for management review meetings. Follow up review on the decisions of management review meetings.
• Support Bids and Tender department to prepare IMS documents for pre-qualification and Tenders.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor and Master Degree in any discipline from a technical reputable institution.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in QMS with 2years in a similar industrial management role.
• IRCA trained Lead auditor ISO 9001:2008 and internal auditor of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001.
• Excellent knowledge of QMS, HSE and EMS and other associated Quality systems.
• Excellent English & Russian communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio and iGrafix.
• Good understanding about security solutions industry is an advantage.
