Quality Control and Customer Query Analysis Specialist

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Investigation and  resolution of registered queries sent by of Customer Relations/Helpdesk and Marketing/Digital Marketing teams
• Execution of necessary actions for investigation and resolution in time;
• Keeping statistics and detailed analysis of customer requests
• Control for compliance of internal standards
• Improvement of internal assessment programs;
• Development if various forms of education for staff;
• Development and improvement of FO operating policy and procedures;
• Evaluation based development of professional growth system;
• Quality Control Process;
• Inconsistencies identification and elimination process

Required education and work experience:
