Baltika-Baku Brewery is seeking for Brand Manager.

The Company:

Baltika-Baku is the largest beer producer in Azerbaijan with a market share about 70%.  Our portfolio of brands includes the following popular beer names such as Khirdalan, Tuborg, 33 export, Kuler, Afsana, Jigulyovskoe, Baltika, Guiness. We are constantly enhancing the number of brands each year.

Working conditions:

Company offers:  career opportunities, competitive compensation package (annual base salary + annual bonuses) & benefit package (health insurance, limited mobile coverage, shuttle bus, meal allowance & etc.)

Location: Khirdalan, Shamakhi road

Working hours: 40 per a week

Business trips: 2-3 per a year

Key responsibilities will be:

  Responsible for leading, developing and implementing the brand strategy, market research, communication strategy, media planning and promotion strategy for the Mainstream International Beer portfolio.
  Responsible for driving and developing marketing campaign for the brands, managing brand’s profitability and A&P budgeting, growing brand volume share growth and tracking all key brand health tracking indicators.
  Responsible for brand communications that cover ATL national campaigns
  Responsible for key relations with ATL, Media, Digital and PR agencies, external media partners, Carlsberg Asia Regional office and key internal stakeholders within organization. Main ATL focus is on Print, TV, Cinema, Radio, Outdoor, and Digital.
  Research and analyze the marketplace and target consumer to proactively respond to changing customer demands, market trends and gain insights on the consumer.
  Manage day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary as related to brand development and performance.
  Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to drive integration and execution of plans.
  Be the brand advocate through promoting and educating the internal audience on the brand initiatives, programs, values, attributes, etc.
  Coach and develop a Junior Brand Manager who will part of the team in handling the brands.

Applicants should be possess the following attributes:

  At least 2 years’ experience in brand management.
  Excellent communication skills (interpersonal/presentation).
  Strong project management skills.
  Strong analytical skill.
  Excellent business acumen, good understanding of the market and all trade sectors.
  Good work ethics, proven success track record in brand development.
  Perfect  mastery of Russian and English languages.
