Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of 

Customer Services Representative

Role and Main responsibilities:

Answering customers’ inquiries according to the related programs
Making necessary registrations via corresponding programs based on  customers inquiry
Answers to the customer inquiries from the first apply
Treating customers in a polite and patient manner
Provide customers with product and service information
Fulfillment of job description in compliance with the process, procedures and instructions

Required education and work experience:

Higher education;
Customer service experience
Clear oral communication skills without any dialect and pronunciation defect
Knowledge of MS Office programs
Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian, upper-intermediate English language skills
