Washington School of Languages - main center based in Washington, started as a Baku office in 2013. We own offices in Kiev (Ukraine) and Helsinki (Finland).

• Our Baku office deals with organization of English Language trainings, International exam preparation (TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, GMAT, GRE), English for specific purposes (Engineering, Accounting, Business, Law, Academic and dissertation writing etc.), consulting for studies and language studies abroad (in cooperation with EU office).
• The main center in Washington D.C. as well as Kiev office provide English language solutions to individual and corporate customers.
• Our Europe office deals with consultation for study abroad (Documentation, admission, visa consulting, accommodation and any other related issues for students to study abroad), partnership with around 100 schools, universities and other educational institutions, professional trainings in EU for companies and governmental organization staff, group language trips in many countries (Americas, Europe, Australia)

Job Description:

We are looking for highly-motivated individuals who are going to train several groups of company workers English language. The job is expected to start in May and it will last from morning till evening in the time range of 9am-5pm twice a week (details are not confirmed yet). Before starting the job our appointed project coordinator will train the selected candidates for the whole program. Then upon successful completion of the curriculum training program your role will be delivering the curriculum to the mentioned students in groups of 4-5 persons . The trainings will be altogether in one appointed place and you’ll be supervised by the project coordinator and other staff.

Candidates MUST have:

• prior experience of 3-4 years working with large groups;
• TEFL-TESOL, CELTA certified;
• Responsibility in delivering the appointed program on time;
• Excellent communication skills and steady psychological condition;
• Must be computer literate (be able to use MS Word, Excel. Projector in class and so on)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• High energy level and ability to engage middle-aged people
• Active and ongoing classroom management
• Mentoring skills to help guide students of all levels achieve their highest scores on test day
• Respond to student related issues.
• Communicate with the project coordinator on daily matters and preparation of final report
