Position: HR specialist

Education: Higher;

Work Experience: At least 2-year experience in HR.

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
• Create job descriptions and HR policies
• Preparation of internal paperwork related to hiring/promoting /terminating employees; administering personal files, labor books; disciplinary actions; vacation planning, absence recording and other related internal paperwork ensuring observation of local labour requirements;
• Create KPİ for HR department.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
• Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
• Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
• Comprehensive understanding of all current employment law legislation.
• Experience of managing grievance and disciplinary procedures.
• Able to develop, maintain and implement HR policies.
• Keeping all company employees are informed of key employment and company issues.
• Employee education and training.

Knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of Labor Code.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Must be poised, patient, courteous, and maintain a professional manner.
• Written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian.

Требования к кандидату:

- От 25 до 35 лет (девушка)
- Образование: Высшее
- Знание языков (рус, азерб)
- Опыт кадровой работы не менее 2-х лет, владение техниками подбора персонала (желательно по компетенциям)
- Знание Законодательных (трудовое законодательство) и нормативных прав по вопросам управления персоналом
- Методики профотбора и техники составления тестов на профпригодность,
- Знание конъюнктуру рынка труда, рабочей силы и образовательных услуг
- Разработки трудовых договоров (контрактов)
- Знание Азербайджанского, Русского и Английского (не ниже Upper-intermediate) языков;
- Опытный пользователь Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Личные качества: энергичность, ответственность, дисциплинированность, умение работать в команде, инициативность
- Этика делового общения
