MANAGER OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (AZERBAIJAN INDUSTRY BANK OJSC)

About Us:

"Azerbaijan Industry Bank" OJSC acting as a universal bank offering a full range of financial services is actively involved in all areas of the economy, supporting small and medium enterprises and meeting financial needs of large corporative enterprises, legal and individual clients.

We are currently looking for an IT MANAGER to direct, lead and manage the development, implementation and support technology infrastructure of Azerbaijan Industry Bank OJSC.

Main Responsibilities:

- Project Management, IT staff leading (including Service-Desk team);
- Troubleshooting of problems on network/server/database levels including hardware and software problems;
- Analyzing of loads and optimization;
- Controlling 3-rd party companies works related with IT;
- Participating in the development, delivery, and supporting of new IT infrastructure systems, tools and technologies in accordance with IT Development targets/plans;
- Documenting infrastructure systems including hardware and software systems;
- Performing notification about business-affected problems on the infrastructure in time;
- Planning and performing preventive maintenance works;
- Performing regular backup of system and configurations files;
- Carrying out duties according to IT policy and procedures.

Position Requirements

- 5+ experience of IT Management in banking industry;
- Experience of design and management of large IT infrastructures;
- Master Degree in Information Technologies;
- Certified MCSE, VCP/VCAP, CCNP/CCIE, RHCSA, ODACP/OCE  specialists will be preferred;
- Fluent English knowledge (both written & spoken);
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Good team player.
