Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

Brief position description:

This position includes design, monitoring and evaluation of training programs and other services carried out by the organizationto improve the quality.

Monitoring &Evaluation Specialist shall perform the following duties:  monitoring of services provided by organization, control over the activities of training centers and instructors, examination of lesson plans and projects made during the training, study of encountered problems and advancement of proposals for their elimination, generation of reports on the work done and presentation of reports to the senior executives. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Facilitate assessment component for programs/projects and compile high quality assessment reports
• Ensure that the findings  and conclusions of assessment are reflected in the design of new programs/trainings
• Oversee and participate in monitoring of current program activities and facilitate drawing-up of comprehensive and well written reports
• Preparation of monitoring and evaluation plans for each project 
• Lead and oversee monitoring and evaluation implementation in compliance with the plan
• Analysis of the project impact
• Preparation of evaluation report and proper recommendations for project management to improve project quality
• Study of clients’ feedback
• Compiling and sharing lessons learnt  within Program department
• Development of new reporting templates and documents

Requirements:        
 
• University degree
• Working experience in monitoring and evaluation processes
• Knowledge of Project Cycle Management is preferred
• Highly organized, efficient, and able to meet  the deadlines
• Excellent analytical, reporting and writing skills
• Good technical knowledge of training/working with adult audience
• Ability to provide effective recommendations as a result of monitoring and evaluation to improve quality of programs/ projects
• Ability to travel within Azerbaijan
• Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• PC knowledge
• Managerial skills
• Creativity

Terms and conditions:

• Five days a week, from 09.00 am to 06.00 pm
• Compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code.
