Project Description:
SAIPEM-AZFEN JV is construction, engineering and procurement Company engaged in construction of major gas pipeline in Azerbaijan and Georgia.
SAIPEM-AZFEN JV is looking for the candidates who have skills and experience to deliver the following responsibilities during the pipeline construction for the following position:
Required experience and qualification
• A minimum of 1 years relevant experience working in a similar role;
• Degree Educated, Bachelor;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Azerbaijani language is obligatory, English is preferable
Duties include:
• Work with documentary ensuring timely updates and availability in Documentum
• Maintain Security Database: record and track Security incidents, investigations, Security subcontractors’ personal files, disciplinary records, minutes of meetings, safety inputs, training hours and other required data;
• Compile the information about badge requestors
• Provide every support to Security Team in implementation of assigned actions and facilitate in timely closure of all outstanding actions;
• Prepare Monthly Dashboards of SCPX Security KPIs and communicate to SCPX Senior Leadership Team
• Arrange SCPX Security Department internal and external meetings, conferences, and appointments;
• Implement Instructions of Security Manager and Deputy Security Manager;
