Job Title: Finance Manager

Main Duties:

1. Oversee a wide range of operations entailing finance, accounts, cost control, income audit, Accounts receivable & Payables, Stores etc.
2. To overview daily bank reconciliation and managing cash flow.
3. Preparation/analysis of monthly Profit & Loss statement and reports to Senior Management and Asset Managers.
4. Budget preparation by liaising with the departments to deliver the expected results.
5. Liaising with Internal, external & Government Auditors to ensure smooth audit process, ensuring all the internal controls & process are in place.
6. Meeting with the owner’s representative on a monthly basis to discuss and present hotel results or any other matters.
7. To ensure healthy team spirit in the department and responsible for the growth of the direct reports.
8. Assisting in preparing yearend Financial Statements by providing all the necessary data/information.
9. Monthly Balance Sheet review to ensure relevant entries are held. 

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma Certification in Financial Management

Experience

Previous accounting experience as Assistant Finance Manager (minimum 2 years)in hospitality (desirable)or multi-national company

• Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel, basic Power Point)
• Good analytical skills
• Hyperion reporting
• Sun System and Vision
• Good English language skills
