Duties:

• Provide remarkable customer experience for our E-Commerce customers.
• Respond to all calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s E-Commerce processes to ensure excellent guidance is provided to customers.
• Utilize strong independent judgment and decision-making to minimize escalation of any potential issues.
• Act as a liaison to share consumer feedback with appropriate departament
• Maximize business potential by utilizing various up-selling techniques.

Requirments:

• High School diploma
• A Minimum of 2+ years experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and call center environment.
• Strong Windows/PC and Microsoft Office skills required.
• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, a multi-tasker and flexible.
• Adept at learning new process quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijan, Russian
