Qualifications & Experience:
Min. 5 years or more in Oil and Gas or other industrial experience as foreman position
Strong communication and team work skills
Work experience in multinational organization
English and Azerbaijani languages
Position: GENERAL FOREMAN
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
• Align Construction crews with adequate supervision and provide daily work instructions within area of supervision.
• Coordinate Manpower movement within area of supervision. Ensure coverage for all shift rotations.
• Prepare needs assessment with the foremen and supervisors in terms of equipment and materials.
• Work with Construction Manager/Superintendent in requisitioning required items.
• Monitors performance, progress and productivity of the project, and ensures the alignment of the construction to the project plans and drawings.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment utilized have been inspected.
• Track and report daily progress against the Shift Work Assignment within the work package.
• Regularly communicate work progress, schedule variance, crew and safety performance to the Discipline Superintendent.
• Give daily guidance to the Foremen on the Workface.
• Approve and submit any timesheets.
• Ensure daily progress reports have been submitted by Foremen on shift.
Position: BENDING FOREMAN
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
• Direction and supervision of the crew, which effects bending of pipe joints as directed by the Bending Surveyor so the pipeline, will follow the ditch centerline and geographical contours. Responsible to the Superintendent/General Foreman
Position: LOWERING FOREMAN
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to facilitate and/or provide proper instruction to their workers on protection requirements and training Work site inspection
• Determine type of equipment. Conversant with lowering procedure. Ensure proper lifting capabilities of equipment.
Position: TIE-IN FOREMAN
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
• Supervises the activities of assigned personnel.
• Supervises the work of tie-in work. Ensures that all personnel have been briefed on safe working procedures to be followed when fit-up and during welding activity.
• Direction and supervision of the crew, which affect the tie- in of completed pipeline sections in accordance with stringent contract specifications.
