Job description – Account Manager/Sales Manager

About the job
 
You will work as a member of our sales team and be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with our partner restaurant. Your role will include the regular discussion and activation of a portfolio of services that we offer to increase the order volume for our partners. To do so, you will be in full command and be knowledgeable about your account base, and proactively prioritize services to offer to each vendor.
You will closely interact with other members of the sales team (lead generation, content management and sales reps).
You will use state-of-the-art sales management tools to provide regular reporting at management level
 
Who we are looking for
 
You have earned 1-5 years of experience in operational sales or account management role, or worked in public relations. You enjoy building long term relationships and improving the way that business is being done. You quickly understand and can explain in a convincing way the benefits of different services to a restaurant. You accurately understand and respond to concerns of your counterpart during a discussion.
To be in full control of your tasks, you should bring experience with the following methods:

Prior experience in e-commerce companies / networks - an advantage
A solid knowledge of Salesforce administration
Good english language skills
Capacity to establish and follow own schedule
Business understanding and quick learning
High energy and motivation
Excellent communication skills
Must have a valid Class B/A driving license

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
