Key Responsibilities:

• Teach music theory, appreciation, and history, including notable composers, in alignment with the U.S. curriculum.
• Lead vocal and instrumental (band) instruction for various age groups.
• Foster a love for music through engaging and interactive lessons.
• Prepare and conduct student performances, concerts, and music-related school events.
• Organize and direct school ensembles, choirs, or bands as appropriate.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music Education or a related field.
• Strong English language skills (spoken and written).
• Experience teaching music theory, vocal, and instrumental performance.
• Ability to organize and lead music events and concerts.
• Passion for working with children and fostering creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching in an international or English-speaking school.
• Knowledge of U.S. music curriculum standards.
