Cost Control Specialist/Finance Division
Requirements:
At least, bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, economics, or related fields;
2-3 years of Business data analysis, experience in Finance, Economics, Telecommunications or Big 4 companies;
Strong research skills to perform market analysis and gather information;
Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor and explain trends/variances;
Very well organized, with strong time management skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian (intermediate) and English (Fluent);
Excellent MS Office Skills, particularly, outstanding MS Excel skills;

Ability to work under pressure and meet the set deadlines;
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze the cost structure of the Company and assess the cost groups;
Gather market information to perform external benchmarking;
Gather internal detailed data to perform internal benchmarking;
Perform gap, trend and impact analysis;
Prepare cost reduction action plan and follow-up the implementation;
Perform periodic analysis of established reports;
