We are looking for a customer-oriented, organized, and communicative Receptionist to join our fast-growing team. If you enjoy interacting with people, have strong attention to detail, and can manage tasks efficiently, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, provide initial information, and direct them to the appropriate staff members;
Politely and promptly answer incoming phone calls, redirect them as needed, and provide relevant information;
Register incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate departments;
Monitor the availability of office and housekeeping supplies and place orders when necessary;
Maintain both paper and electronic records related to the reception area, including visitor logs and access passes;
Notify employees of guest arrivals and coordinate the use of meeting rooms;
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming for guests and staff;
Maintain communication with courier and postal services, arrange for the receipt and dispatch of packages and documents;
Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed (printing, copying, scanning, booking taxis, etc.);
Ensure the waiting area is well-maintained, including water supply, magazines, business cards, and corporate materials;
Oversee internal access procedures, including visitor passes and entry/exit control if required.
Requiremens:
Secondary or higher education;
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred);
Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
Good command of MS Office programs;
Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and efficiency.
