Requirements:
- Proven track record upgrading legacy apps to PHP 8 or migrating to modern frameworks.
- Daily power-user of AI coding tools – Cursor, Windsurf/Codeium, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent; comfortable demoing multi-file agent refactors.
- Hands-on experience documenting/refactoring monoliths with Strangler-Fig or similar patterns.
- Solid Python 3 for service prototypes (FastAPI, Django ORM, pytest).
- Confident running workshops & pair-programming in fluent English; able to translate complex AI concepts to mid-level devs.
- Docker, GitHub Actions (or GitLab/Jenkins), and modern CI/CD best practices.
- English level: Fluent
