Reservation / PBX Agent

We are looking for a Reservation Agent / PBX Operator, responsible for selling the hotel and providing information to guests. Agents are to capture sales from incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure to 100% guest satisfaction. The agent’s demeanor should reflect the quality of the hotel to our potential guests with a positive attitude, knowledge of the hotel and attention to details.

The requirements are:
 University degree
 Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
 Similar experience preferred
 Flexibility working in shifts
This position is only for Azerbaijani citizens.
