Overview:

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent qualification
  • Exceptional organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive attitude and confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience in the Reception/Administrative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) tools
  • Proficiency in communications in English, Azerbaijan languages, both written and verbal.

Job responsibilities include, not limited to:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to their destination and placing outgoing calls.
  • Meet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner; Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or meeting location
  • Organization of issues related to coordination of staff and guests travels including ticketing, flight reservations and hotel accommodation;
  • Fulfillment of the works in compliance with the procedures and instructions.
  • Additional tasks as requested will be done
