Job Description: As newly established company, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to pursue our objectives through efficient sales and development of corporate relations with partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Reports to: Country Manager
- Develops, executes and regulates all sales programs. Develops annual marketing and sales plan, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives and business plan
- Initiates and executes campaigns for pushing up the sales
- Executes action plans for calling efforts, search of sales leads and prospects
- Representing the company at select social/networking events
- Develop advertising leads for ad sales by using a variety of lead sources, including the Internet, publication library, public library, etc and records leads on database
- Regularly arrange and participate at business meetings with potential partners and prospects
- Coordinate the distribution and sales of magazines

Requirements:

- Upper-intermediate English and Russian, fluent in Azeri
- Diploma or Degree level education in Marketing/Business/Media or any other related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Career oriented and motivation driven
- Prospecting, market analysis and research skills
- Comprehensive control over MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
- Responsibility and discipline are key qualities
- Ambitious and can-do attitude
- Well connected with local and, if necessary, markets of neighbouring markets
- Should have strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of external relations and communication industry is a significant advantage as he/she will be selling products directly to the heads of corporate communication at top blue chips
- Should be customer oriented, initiative driven and with pleasant personality
- Ability to meet deadlines

Work experience:

- Previous experience is desired but not essential. Advantage will be given to experienced specialists, particularly in the field of sales and marketing.
