What will I be doing?
Represent the FDM in his/her absence.
Know the standards and put them into practice in his/her daily work, thus actively pursuing the hotel’s objectives.
Provide support to all the reception Team Members in order ensure a smooth, prompt and polite service.
Supervise the order and cleanliness of the reception area and the appropriate appearance of all Team Members. Carry out regular checks in the reception and foyer area in respect of the cleanliness, modernity and good condition of the equipment and installations.
Obtain information on the volume of business using the occupancy forecast und draw up a work schedule optimized to this, in good time, by agreement with the FDSM.
Draw up the holiday list by agreement with the FDSM.
Participate regularly in training courses and put the skills learned there into practice.
Check that standards are maintained by targeted training.
Recognize training requirements; assist in developing training plans and training courses for Team Members.
Ensure a good, performance oriented working environment within the department and motivate his/her Team Members.
Inform his/her Team Members regularly on all new and current offers of Hilton International and monitor their sales strategies in daily business.
Take regular part in meetings and shift handovers.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of Bachelor degree
At least 3 years of experience
Skills of teambuilding, people management, organisation, coaching and negotiations
Strong process and planning mindset
Organized and focused on delivery to deadlines
Structured and process driven approach to work
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Opera, Fidelio, etc.
Proficient in Azeri and English, Russian is prefered
