About the Role

Required Skills
- Proficient in Python with a solid understanding of programming principles.
- Degree in STEM, Economics, or Finance (BSc./MSc./PhD).
- Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of Probability and Statistics.
- Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent soft skills, including problem-solving, self-motivation, teamwork, communication, and perseverance.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex topics and systems.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Probability and Statistics, with a focus on Bayesian methods.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
- Experience with Econometric Modelling, especially Market Mix Modelling (MMM).
- Understanding of code and resource optimization.
- Knowledge of tools like Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Apache Nifi, and CloverDX.
