FIDO HR Solutions is looking for Director to lead the company

Goals:

• Developing Company’s Strategy & its Execution;
• Set up a Human Resources Department;
• Deliver services in key HR areas: recruitment, HR consulting, corporate culture, staff outsourcing, headhunting;
• Set up and implementation of relevant local rules and procedures;
• Organizational Design & Development;
• Make sure all HR activity in compliance with government regulations;
• Plan & control costs and budget;

Requirements:

• At least 3 years as HR Director in a multinational company or relevant experience;
• Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, organizational planning, organization development, training and development;
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
