JOB SUMMARY

Provide quality engineering, design services and advice solution with the latest road technology techniques for rehabilitation, renovation and construction of assigned road projects.

JOB DUTIES

• Experienced  in field work for road binders, cement and limestone filler for  roads
• Promotion of road binders, cement and limestone filler for  roads
• Making the link to road construction companies
• Tendering for construction sites / projects
• Develop lobbying and promotion materials (together with Marketing & Communication Dept.)
• Internal support for sales and marketing team
• Develop road binders together with technical team
• Provide technical support to sales force
• Provide technical consultancy to customer (including “tailor made” binders)
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or norms
• Test soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete and asphalt

REQUIREMENTS

Functional

• Licensed in Road Engineering and Technology
• Experience in the areas of pre-sales support, applications development, as well as customer product training.
• Knowledge of cement and concrete Standards and Norms
• Site oriented, with extensive site co-ordination expertise who can develop relationships with clients and contractors alike.
• Knowledge of the latest road technology techniques and solutions
• MS Office tools, Familiar with AUTOCAD and/or similar software
•  Fluent in English, Azerbaijani and Russian

Education & Experience

• University degree in Civil Engineering – Faculty of Railways, Roads and Bridges
• At least 3 years experience in Civil Engineering / Road Construction
