Position title: IT Manager
Reports to: COO of Holding
Schedule/Location: 5/2, Baku Azerbaijan
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage , monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, including company Webpage, PCs, operating systems, databases telephones, software applications, and peripherals.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
• Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management.
• Oversees all help desk activities at the regional level.
• Responds to escalated help desk issues.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of tracking software.
• Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
• Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure.
• Implements network security at the regional level
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, and directs more junior Innovators when necessary.
• Oversees the administration of the company's WAN.
• Recommends adjustments to systems and/or equipment to ensure cost efficient
• and effective systems/equipment infrastructure
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
• Keeps current with technology updates to ensure technology opportunities are taken advantage of, whether the opportunities relate to speed, improved processing, cost efficiencies, etc.
• Advising in development and implementation of new software’s
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge website technologies
• Progressive IT experience
• Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills
• Excellent Azeri, English, Russian verbal communication and written skills
