Position: Project Permit & Approval Coordinator
 
Job description:

- Coordinate/Support/Investigate any matter to get project permit and approval from related authorities during full period of project (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning/Commissioning, Handover)
- Coordinate with Authorities, Owner(SOCAR) and local consultant to get permit & approval properly
- Report the status of project permit & approval
- Arrange meeting with related parties and make minute of meeting
 
Requirement:

- Related experience for construction project permit & approval: more than 5 year
- Goverment relation coordination experience for construction project
- Experience for full cycle of EPC construction project (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning/Commissioning, Handover)
- Petrochemical project or similar project experience preferable
- Legal background
- Fluent communication skill in Azeri, English, Russian
- MS-office program(Excel, Word, Power point)
