Company offers:

Location: Khirdalan, Shamakhi road
Working hours: 40 per a week
Business trips: 2-3 per a year
Job description:
• Leading Corporate Communications Department with four subordinates responsible for different directions;
• Being a part of lead team management advising on overall business development and budgeting strategies;
• Responsible for designing and planning Corporate Communications strategy in all directions (GR, PR, CSR, Internal Relations, Investor Relations);
• Managing external environment to build and protect the business and reputation of the Company and its brands;
• Building relations with Government, business partners, non-governmental organizations, media for Company interests
• Building internal communications strategy and leading the main processes within
• Advising to CEO and managing crisis/issue communication to external parties
• Leading brand PR campaigns
• Responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility strategy of the Company
• Speech writing for top management (business meetings, press conferences, Government communication)
Requirements:
• Higher education
• Min 3 years of experience in public relations / corporate communications
• Ability to work under stress
• Strong Leadership Competences
• Fluent in Languages: Azerbaijani, Russian & English
• Flexible personality
