HR Interviewer
Role Synopsis
The purpose of this job is to support the Resourcing team in delivering efficient and effective recruitment processes by providing competent and consistent support with managing interviews for BP national and expatriate roles. Successful candidate for this role will report to Resourcing Team Leader
Key Accountabilities
Prepare for and conduct HR interviews for BP national and expatriate roles in partnership with the hiring manager in accordance with BP Values and Code of Conduct
• Complete all relevant interview paperwork
• Manage follow up processes in a timely manner in accordance with BP internal processes
Essential Criteria
• Advanced level of English, Russian and Azeri verbal and written
• 5-10 years of experience in HR, preferably with a specialism in Recruitment
• Available to prepare for and attend interviews with 2 days' advance notice
• Demonstrable ability to pay attention to details and accuracy
