“Kapital” Bank OSC is seeking professionals for its Risk Management Department:

Main duties:

• Loan portfolio analysis;
• Credit, market and operational Risk management;
• Generation and application of the Risk management instruments.

Requirements:

• B.S. or higher degree in relevant fields (e.g., Economic Cybernetics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics) and or MBA;
• More than 2 years of significant experience in Risk management, Finance, Audit, Accounting (managerial experience is preferred);
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
• Fluent in Russian and Azeri; English is preferred;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills;
• Self-motivated, creative and detail oriented;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Team player.
